Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops renewal, but access may continue until the current paid term ends.
Effect of Cancellation
When a subscription is cancelled, renewal billing is stopped. Features tied to the paid plan may be limited or removed after the active period expires.
No Partial-Term Guarantee
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for the unused portion of the current term unless required by law or approved under a separate refund review.
Account Data
After cancellation or account closure, certain data may remain available for a limited period for operational, legal, support, or backup purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Platform-Initiated Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if the service is used in violation of our terms, applicable laws, payment obligations, or platform security requirements.
