We are not here to replace your sales team. We are here to make sure they never miss a serious enquiry again.
In 2009, I started a small website company in Maharashtra with a simple promise: build websites that actually work for the businesses that buy them. No theatrical redesigns, no quarterly retainers for work that should take days. Just websites that show up fast, work reliably, and earn their keep.
Three years later, in 2012, we incorporated as MagicWorks IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Today we serve around 2,200 businesses across India through three departments: domain and hosting, website development, and digital marketing. Many of those customers have been with us for over a decade.
Over those years, I noticed a pattern that bothered me. Our digital marketing customers would spend lakhs on Google and Meta ads. The traffic would arrive on their websites. The visitors would browse. And almost all of them would leave without a trace.
A contact form would capture two enquiries a day on a good day, sometimes zero. The other 99 percent of visitors, the visitors we had paid serious money to bring to the site, just disappeared. No name, no record, no second chance.
I started looking at the AI chatbot tools that were already in the market in 2025. The good ones existed. But they were built for a different customer. They were priced for global SaaS companies running enterprise-scale traffic, not for an Indian SME running ₹5 to ₹10 lakh a month in Google and Meta ads. The economics did not add up: the tool that was supposed to help my customers capture more leads from their ad spend would itself cost more per month than half their ad spend on top.
Worse: I could not even recommend these tools to my own customers in good conscience. I could not use them for my own ventures either. The category had been built for a different kind of business. There was no equivalent product designed from the ground up for how Indian SMEs actually operate: short evaluation cycles, lean teams, multiple Indian languages, modest deployment patience, and price sensitivity that comes from running real businesses on real margins.
In 2025, after watching this happen too many times to too many businesses I cared about, I decided to build something different. A way for an SME website to have a conversation with every visitor, in their own language, around the clock, and pass qualified leads to the team with full campaign attribution, built specifically for the way Indian SMEs run.
That product is MagicFlow AI. Built on MagicWorks infrastructure, by the team that has been quietly running your websites for years. We launched it in 2026 as an independent brand because we believe it deserves to be judged on its own merits, not as an add-on to a hosting plan.
This is the story of why we built it, what we believe, and how we are different from the typical chatbot widget you have probably already tried.
These are the principles that shaped MagicFlow AI from the first line of code. They are also the ones we will not negotiate away under pressure to grow faster.
Enterprise chatbots cost lakhs to deploy and take quarters to configure. Indian SMEs cannot afford either. MagicFlow AI gives an SME the same lead capture, scoring, and CRM routing that a Fortune 500 takes for granted, at a price an SME can actually pay.
Generic chatbots hallucinate confidently. We use retrieval-augmented generation against your website, your PDFs, your policies. Every answer is traceable to a source document. If MagicFlow AI does not know something, it says so, rather than making something up that damages your brand.
Data privacy is not a checkbox. It is a default. Your conversations are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never use customer conversation data to train our models. If you ask us to export or delete your data, we honor the timelines published in our Privacy Policy. You own it, always.
Most chatbot widgets stop at the conversation. Ours captures, qualifies, scores, and routes, with UTM source attribution attached, so your sales team can finally know which ad rupee produced which qualified lead. The conversation is just the start.
SaaS that requires you to figure out your own deployment fails most SMEs. Our team installs MagicFlow AI on your website, configures your qualification flow, applies your branding, and connects your routing preferences. You are live in 48 hours. We treat deployment as part of the product, not a paid add-on.
A chatbot that only speaks English is useless to most of India. MagicFlow AI supports conversations in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Kannada, Malayalam, and more, with language availability scaling across plans. We test India-specific language quality every release, not as an afterthought for an overseas market.
When we launched MagicFlow AI in 2026, we made a deliberate decision: it would not be marketed as "MagicWorks' new chatbot product." It would be its own brand, with its own website, its own voice, its own future.
Some of our advisors disagreed. They argued that 17 years of MagicWorks trust was the strongest acquisition asset we had. Why hide it? They were not wrong. But hiding was never the point.
MagicFlow AI deserves to be judged on its own merits. Not as a generous upsell from a hosting company, not as a side project from a services agency. As a product. With its own customers, its own roadmap, its own price discipline.
Practically, this means: our existing MagicWorks customers are the first people we spoke to about MagicFlow AI, and we have taken care of them with an early-access offer that reflects the relationship we have with them. But everyone else who finds MagicFlow AI, through search, through referrals, through partner agencies, meets the product on its own terms.
It also means that as MagicFlow AI grows, it will scale through the kind of distribution that products earn: reviews on G2, mentions in LLMs, agency partnerships, and word of mouth from customers who became advocates because the product actually worked. Not through a captive customer base alone.
If MagicFlow AI is not the right fit for your business, we will tell you. We have lost deals by being honest about what the product cannot do yet. We have also kept customers for over a decade by being honest from the start.
We have killed features that worked technically but did not help customers. We have delayed shipping features that customers genuinely needed because they were not yet good enough. Restraint is a discipline, not a default.
We could grow MagicFlow AI faster by selling lifetime deals, by promising features we have not built, by white-labeling for any agency that asks. We do not, because none of those choices look right in 2036. We are building the next 17 years, not the next quarter.
