01Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines acceptable and prohibited uses of the MagicFlow AI service. It applies to all Customers, End Users, and anyone accessing the Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access.

02Purpose
Our goal is to maintain a safe, lawful, and reliable Service for all Customers. This AUP ensures our Service is not misused in ways that harm other Customers, End Users, third parties, or the integrity of the platform.
03Prohibited Content — Violates Law
You must not use the Service to send, store, generate, or process any content that:
- Is unlawful under Indian law or any applicable law of the User's or End User's jurisdiction.
- Violates the Information Technology Act, 2000 (including Sections 66, 66A, 66C, 66D, 66E, 67, 67A, 67B, and 69A).
- Constitutes hate speech, terrorism-related content, or content that promotes communal disharmony, under the IT Rules 2021.
- Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM); promotes or facilitates abuse, exploitation, or trafficking of minors.
- Infringes intellectual property rights including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or right of publicity.
- Violates the privacy or data protection rights of others, including the DPDP Act.
- Is obscene, indecent, or pornographic; depicts violence or gore in a manner that would be unlawful or unethical.
04Prohibited Content — Harms Others
You must not use the Service in ways that:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, or stalk any individual or group.
- Promote self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Constitute phishing, spear-phishing, or social engineering to obtain credentials, financial information, or other sensitive data from End Users.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
05Prohibited Content — Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You must not use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited commercial communications ("spam") to End Users.
- Engage in mass messaging without proper opt-in consent under the DPDP Act and TRAI regulations.
- Violate anti-spam laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction.
06Prohibited Activity — Technical Abuse
You must not:
- Attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent (responsible disclosure programmes may be available; contact us).
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or authentication mechanism.
- Distribute malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or other malicious code.
- Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
- Use automated systems, including bots or scrapers, beyond our published API limits.
07Prohibited Activity — Service Misuse
You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models.
- Use the Service to train competing AI models without our explicit written consent.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service except as permitted under our Partner Programme.
- Create accounts using false, misleading, or stolen identification.
- Use the Service to provide medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice without appropriate licensing, disclaimers, and human oversight.
08Specific High-Risk Uses
The Service must not be used for the following without our prior written consent:
- Critical infrastructure operations (power grids, transportation control, etc.).
- Life-safety systems.
- Real-time medical diagnosis or treatment.
- Government surveillance or interrogation.
- Generating misinformation, disinformation, or deepfakes.
09End User Content Responsibility
As a Customer, you are responsible for ensuring that End Users who interact with your chatbot do not submit prohibited content. We provide content filtering and abuse detection systems, but you must:
- Configure conversation flows that discourage prohibited content.
- Display appropriate notices to End Users about acceptable use.
- Promptly report any abuse detected to us at support@magicflowai.io.
- Cooperate with us in investigating and addressing abuse.
10Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any actual or suspected violation of this AUP, please report it immediately:

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
11Consequences of Violation
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning.
- Remove or restrict access to specific content.
- Suspend the Account temporarily.
- Terminate the Account permanently.
- Report the violation to law enforcement or regulators.
- Pursue legal action and damages.
In cases involving serious violations (e.g., CSAM, terrorism, immediate safety threats), we may act immediately without prior notice and may be required by law to report to authorities.
12Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing grievance@magicflowai.io within thirty (30) days of the action. We will review your appeal and respond within fifteen (15) business days.
13Compliance with Indian Law
This AUP must be read in conjunction with applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000; the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021; the DPDP Act, 2023; and other applicable laws. Where this AUP conflicts with applicable law, the law prevails.
14Modifications
We may update this AUP from time to time. The current version is always at https://www.magicflowai.io/acceptable-use-policy. Material changes will be notified at least thirty (30) days in advance.
